How I Got Here

My own journey with nutrition started in middle school — long before I ever became a Registered Dietitian.

I watched my mom start Weight Watchers and thought I needed to “diet,” too. That moment began years of yo-yo dieting, restriction, and second-guessing food. It followed me into high school, then college as a student-athlete — until I finally realized something had to change.

Through my nutrition coursework, certifications (and a lot of trial and error), I started experimenting on my own body and learned what true fueling actually feels like. I discovered that strength training, proper fueling, and understanding my hormones didn’t just change my physique — they changed how I showed up in every area of life.

Since then, I’ve worn a lot of hats:
🏋️‍♀️ Bodybuilding & functional training
🏃‍♀️ 5Ks, 10Ks, and half-marathons
🔥 Orangetheory + CrossFit coach
💻 Registered Dietitian for active women worldwide

And through every transition — from college to career, new cities, new seasons — I’ve learned one truth:

You can’t outwork inconsistent fueling or lack of clarity.

That’s why I created The Beyond Method™ — my signature approach to helping women live beyond the table by pairing intentional nutrition, hormone support, and strength-based fitness to create lasting results.

Hi, I’m Olivia — but most people call me Liv

I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer helping female athletes and active women fuel with clarity, confidence, and consistency — so they can train hard, support their hormones, and feel strong in every season of life.

My philosophy is simple: fueling your body shouldn’t be confusing, restrictive, or stressful.
You deserve a plan that fits your life — not the other way around.

My Mission

I help women:
