What does a Hormone consult include:
Lab orders for any necessary functional tests (blood serum, dutch test, GI map)
Lab review - in depth explanation helping you understand your values and connect the dots to your symptoms (typically 1 hour Zoom call)
90 day Protocol - lifestyle recommendations, nutrition, supplements, etc.
2 follow up sessions - to be used within 90 days of consult (typically ~30 minute Zoom or phone calls)
Period hormone healing guide - recorded videos, phases of cycle with healthy symptom references, food ideas for each phase, and more!
Blood Draw
Coach Liv can order serum lab testing for you and/or review blood results to provide a plan to improve your health from a functional perspective.
You will take your lab order to your nearest lab draw center to get your blood drawn. Lab results take 3-7 days to receive. Then Liv will be able to review your lab work with you and provide a customized protocol based on your results.
This would include nutrition- food and supplemental recommendations, as well as lifestyle changes to improve your health.
Dutch Test
Coach Liv can order you a Dutch test for you and/or review results to provide a plan to improve your health.
A Dutch test is a comprehensive sex and adrenal hormone panel. This is an at home test kit that will be mailed to you directly.

GI Map
Coach Liv can order you a GI map for you to complete at home. The kit will be sent directly to your house where you will follow the instructions to provide a stool sample and ship the sample back for testing. Results typically take 2-4 weeks to receive after shipping.
